At WPACASE, our mission is to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and community members.

We hold our partners, collaborators, and participants to the same standard of respect and professionalism that we uphold as an organization.

WPACASE does not tolerate:

• Hate speech of any kind
   
• Racial slurs or racially motivated language
   
• Derogatory or discriminatory remarks related to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected status
   
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
   

This applies both during our events and outside of our events, including on social media platforms and other public or digital forums.

If it is brought to our attention that a vendor, sponsor, speaker, or participant engages in such conduct:

• WPACASE reserves the right to immediately terminate their participation in the current event without refund.
   
• WPACASE also reserves the right to prohibit their participation in any future events hosted by our organization.
   

This type of behavior does not align with what we represent as an organization or as a community. By working with WPACASE, all vendors, sponsors, speakers, and participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.

The WPA Cryptid and Supernatural Expo (WPACASE) is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur to any vendor's items, property, or vendor area during the event. All vendors are solely responsible for safeguarding their merchandise, equipment, and space. We strongly encourage all vendors to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their business and property.

Furthermore, WPACASE does not vet or verify the methods or sources of art creation by vendors, including but not limited to artwork that may involve AI-generated elements. Any concerns or disputes regarding the authenticity or origin of such artwork must be resolved directly with the vendor involved.

By participating in the WPA Cryptid and Supernatural Expo, vendors agree to waive any claims against WPACASE and its organizers for any loss, damage, or liability arising from participation in the event.

All purchases for vendor spaces at the WPA Cryptid & Supernatural Expo are final. No refunds will be issued unless an emergency beyond your control prevents you from attending as a vendor.

Refund requests due to emergencies will be reviewed and decided upon at the sole discretion of the WPA Cryptid & Supernatural Expo Committee. The committee reserves the right to request supporting documentation or additional details regarding the nature of the emergency before making a determination.

By reserving a vendor space, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
